And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.

Suburban Safari
"Suburbia is where the developer bulldozes out the trees, then names the streets after them.”
Taylor's gone away for the weekend, so we decided to feature a guest model: our cousin, Kara. Part humanitarian and part model, the girl literally stopped cars on the street while I was snapping pictures at her, much to her dismay. She wears clothes all raided from Tay's closet; a patrick robinson for target tunic, gap sandals, thrifted sunglasses and scarf, as well as a gorgeous necklace brought back from Israel last year. She looks a little like Taylor, non?

phish
“There isn't any symbolism. The sea is the sea. The old man is an old man. The boy is a boy and the fish is a fish. The shark are all sharks no better and no worse. All the symbolism that people say is shit. What goes beyond is what you see beyond when you know.”
*thanks to all for the sweet comments so far*

Mad for Plaid
I think that we've all noted the ressurgance of plaid in the fashion world over the past year- most notably D&G's fall campaign. When I looked through images, I noticed that Tay has quite a few plaid shirts of her own...what will the next plaid be?
And also, can someone please tell me the difference between plaid and tartan? I've been wondering....
All plaid shirts thrifted

It was all yellow...
"Each man reads his own meaning into New York"
Again, an incredible city. Goregous gardens juxtaposed against never ending skyscrapers. There is a reason that people say that if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere...

New York, New York
"There are roughly three New Yorks. There is, first, the New York of the man or woman who was born here, who takes the city for granted and accepts its size and its turbulence as natural and inevitable. Second, there is the New York of the commuter — the city that is devoured by locusts each day and spat out each night. Third, there is the New York of the person who was born somewhere else and came to New York in quest of something. ...Commuters give the city its tidal restlessness; natives give it solidity and continuity; but the settlers give it passion. " — E.B. White (Here is New York)
What is it about New York? A place that draws together searching souls from across the world; pleases with an endless, pulsating energy that vibrates throughout the entire city, sucking you in, and making it hard to ever leave. Meet Taylor, bohemian and hipster without the negative connotations, and of course, New York city lover.
